1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders due to major anniversary milestones or holiday seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Calculated at Checkout: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic USA orders, period. No minimums, no hurdles. We want you focused on the celebration, not the shipping costs.
3. SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
250usacelebration.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We take pride in ensuring our service members stationed abroad can receive their piece of the celebration.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
250usacelebration.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. DAMAGES
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we may require photographic evidence of the "Heritage Packaging" to process a replacement.
7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, we primarily focus on domestic shipping within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support desk to see if delivery to your specific region is available.
