We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original "Heritage Packaging."
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Collectibles/Coins: Must remain in their protective casing or display box. Serialized items must match the record of sale.

Decor/Flags: Must be in original condition without signs of outdoor use or wear.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom/Personalized Items: Any product featuring custom engraving or personalized text.

Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Legacy Closeout."

Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards.
4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please email our support team at 250USACelebration.Proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without an RMA number.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
6. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a size for apparel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because our items are often limited editions, we cannot guarantee that the same item will be in stock for an exchange.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
